Peter agreed to let me take him to Flying Horse to get some more graduation photos of him in his cap and gown. He wasn’t all that excited to get dressed up again, but he knew it would make me happy, so he did it.

Madeline loves to be outside. She has enjoyed riding her bike, jumping on the trampoline, and blowing bubbles whenever she can.

Andrew took all the kids to really nice Japanese shabu shabu restaurant while Mike and I were on a weekend trip, and he paid for the entire thing. When I told him we would help pay for it he said he wanted to pay for it himself. He is such a nice brother.

I took the girls to Scheels just so that we could all ride the Ferris wheel. Madeline was in heaven.

After printing out the photos for Mike’s office almost 6 months ago, we decided to finally hang up the photos and his diplomas and certificates. It was definitely a team effort to figure out spacing but we managed to get it done one evening after work.

Mike took Andrew, Emma, and Madeline to play miniature golf one afternoon and then out to ice-cream. Madeline had so much fun and when she came home, she asked me, “When can I go golf balling again?”

Madeline loves to be everyone’s helper in the kitchen. When Mike was opening a new can of flour, she quickly went to her get her pretend can opener so she could help him.
TRACK BANQUET

The Track and Field banquet happened at the end of this month. It was quite uneventful as Coach Wasson forgot to highlight each of our girls on their season. Needless to say, we were proud of Emma but disappointed we sat there for 2 hours and didn’t hear one personal thing said about Emma or some of her other distance teammates.
