Mike took me out for a big brunch after my big Pikes Peak bike race. It looked more delicious than it tasted. I’m not sure my stomach was ready for all that food.

Madeline loves to play pretend. It was so cute watching her try and play the doll violin so that she could be like her big sister Emma.

Madeline loves getting her nails painted. When I went to get my nails done at the salon, I let her get her nails done so she would have pretty nails for the first day of school. She picked pink and Kim put glitter on top.

Mike and I stayed at the Art hotel in Denver to celebrate our anniversary. There was the most beautiful sunset that night from our hotel room.

In the common room on Peter’s floor was a doll with blonde hair that sat on top of the refrigerator. Everyone kept saying how much it looked like him, so he had to have a picture with his “twin.”
