First Day of School - 2017

BACK TO SCHOOL
August 14 & 15, 2017

I always have mixed feelings about the kids going back to school.  On the one hand, I tend to feel like I need to get my house back in order.  On the other hand, I love having my kids around even when they drive me a little crazy.  We had such a fun summer together.  I think the kids also had mixed feelings about starting school again.  Who doesn't love sleeping in and playing all day long?? Abby, Emma, and Peter started school on August 14th and Andrew started on August 15th.  We all determined that this was going to be everyone's best year yet.  With Emma starting Middle School, Peter starting High School, and Andrew prepping for the ACT and SAT this year the anxiety level was a bit high for the first day.  All in all, everyone had a great start to the school year and came home with smiles and excitement.
